1. General Agreement & Services

Nova Mobile LLC provides mobile elective IV hydration, vitamin therapy, peptides, and weight management wellness services. By booking an appointment or purchasing a protocol through our website, phone line, or scheduling portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All treatments and prescription therapies are subject to a health screening and clinical approval by our licensed medical director and supervising medical team.

2. Appointments & Mobile Service Travel

  • Service Location Requirements: You must provide a clean, safe, and viable private location (home, office, or designated venue) within our designated San Antonio and Stone Oak service areas for our mobile nursing team to administer treatments.

  • Accuracy of Health History: You agree to provide accurate, complete medical history and personal details during intake. Nova Mobile LLC reserves the right to decline or halt treatment if false or incomplete health information is provided.

3. Prescription Protocols, Peptides & Weight Wellness (GLP-1s)

  • Good Faith Exams & Eligibility: GLP-1 protocols (such as Semaglutide or Tirzepatide) and specialized peptide therapies require a clinical evaluation and approval through a Good Faith Exam (GFE). Consultation fees for Good Faith Exams are non-refundable once the clinical exam has been completed, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.

  • No Returns on Dispensed Medications: In accordance with Texas pharmacy regulations and public health standards, prescription medications, peptide vials, and compounded injectable products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once dispensed, opened, or shipped.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

We reserve custom compounding inventory and dedicated nursing staff time for every scheduled mobile visit.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time without penalty.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or instances where a client is unavailable or unresponsive at the designated service location upon our nurse's arrival, may incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any service deposit.

5. Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the custom medical nature of our treatments and pharmacy compounding rules:

  • Administered Services & IV Therapy: All administered IV bags, vitamin injections, and completed clinical services are strictly non-refundable.

  • Custom Compounded Blends: Because IV formulations and specialty protocols are custom-blended for individual clients, opened or prepared formulations cannot be returned, reused, or refunded.

  • Unused Pre-Paid Packages or Deposits: Pre-paid service packages or deposits may be refunded or applied as account credit if requested prior to the 24-hour cancellation window, minus any third-party payment processing fees.

  • Clinical Non-Clearance: If our clinical staff determines during pre-treatment screening that a client cannot safely receive therapy on the day of the appointment due to medical contraindications, a full refund or credit for the service fee will be issued (excluding any applicable mobile travel dispatch fees).

6. Medical & Emergency Disclaimer

Services provided by Nova Mobile LLC are elective wellness therapies and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nova Mobile LLC does not provide emergency medical services. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
